3 ingredient almond butter fudge for the WIN!

One of my fav little sweet treats to have on hand. (They keep so well in the freezer) Perfect, with a cup of coffee & I love the salty-sweet combo.
1 cup dark chocolate (or keto chocolate of choice my fav is @vitawerx )
1/2 cup almond butter (could use any nut butter – lately I’m loving @hempfoodsaustralia ABC & Hemp)
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1. Melt choc and mix together with the almond butter and maple syrup
2. Once combined spread into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper
3. Freeze for at least 20 min
4. Sprinkle with sea salt, cut into slices and enjoy
Optional but necessary: top with sea salt
Other options: add nuts, choc chips, dried fruit or any other flavouring – flavour combos are endless. I also love adding macadamia nuts to this fudge😋
