These super crispy crackers are so flavourful & so easy to make! (Check my stories for step by step)

Ingredients
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
.
Directions
1. Combine the almond flour and Parmesan together in a food processor add 1/2 tbsp of water and process until a dough is formed
2. Once a ball of dough forms, flour your hands (this will help the dough from sticking to your hands) and transfer to a clean surface to roll out
3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin and roll out until very thin
4. Use a knife and cut the dough into square cracker shapes
5. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180Β°C
6. Remove season with thyme and salt (or seasoning of your choice) and let cool completely
