Easy no bake granola bars

Most store bought bars are not only expensive but are often filled with artificial ingredients.
.
My granola bars are made with only 6 ingredients and are always a hit with my family!

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup choc chips
Optional: pinch of salt, sprinkle of cinnamon
.
Directions
1. Line an 8×8 tray with parchment paper
2. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well
3. Press the mixture into the tray and press very firmly
4. Freeze until set (about 1 hour) cut into rectangles then store in the refrigerate

*feel free to customise these bars by adding in nuts, protein powder or whatever you desire. Just add 1-2 tbsp extra honey for every 1/4 cup
