Ingredients ~ makes 12

3/4 cup almond butter (could also use peanut butter)
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp vanilla collagen creamer (I use @doseandco )
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp choc chips (@lovepbco Code:countdowntildinner10 )
.
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix together the almond butter, coconut flour, collagen & maple syrup
2. Add in choc chips and form into balls
3. Refrigerate & enjoy 😊

  1. Love the idea of adding the collagen creamer – I just got their chocolate one and had it in a mocha! Delish.

  2. Have been trying different homemade protein balls for my long distance runner. I added hemp hearts and flax seed to this for extra protein and these have been the biggest hit. So easy and delicious and healthy😊
