How perfect are these for Easter? I used @vitawerx white chocolate for the topping and to create the bunny ears. Sprinkled with coconut and these make the most festive treat!

The best part….they are completely and use minimal ingredients. I hope you will give this recipe a try!

Ingredients
For the crust
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp erythritol
1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread (@mayversfood )
Pinch salt

Mix all the ingredients together and place into a silicone muffin tray. Freeze for 10 minutes.

For the filling
250g cream cheese
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine all the ingredients together until smooth. Place on top of bottom layer and freeze until set.

Topping: @vitawerx white choc, melted & Easter eggs or bunny ears
