Here’s a delicious and healthy snack for you – Crispy Chickpeas!
These are such a great way to bring your salad game to the next level! Awesome as toppers to any fresh veggie bowl, even great as a snack on their own. Here’s how I make mine.
1 can chickpeas
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1. Rinse and pat chickpeas dry
2. Toss all ingredients together and coat chickpeas
3. Line a pan with parchment paper and roast chickpeas in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180° (give the pan a good shake halfway through)
4. Let cool and eat 🙂
TIP – cook them a little longer than you think & give the pan a shake halfway through
