Healthy cookie dough fudge…..One of my all time fav to make (and eat)

You are definitely going to want to SAVE this recipe and make it ASAP!

Ingredients
For the cookie dough:

1 cup almond flour (I use @lovepbco – code: countdowntildinner10 for a discount )
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup sugar free choc chips (@lovepbco)

For the fudge layer:
3/4 cup choc, melted (@vitawerx )
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the cookie dough together and mix well. Press mixture into silicone muffin liners, press down slightly and freeze for 15 minutes
2. Microwave the fudge ingredients until just melted, mix well then pour over top the cookie dough layer. Freeze for 30 minutes
