1 minute dessert anyone?
Why not start your week off with this delicious, healthy, double chocolate mug cake??
I bet you already have all of the ingredients in your pantry and it only takes 1 minute to make. (You can thank me later) 😉
Mug cake deets ⬇️
Serves 1 ~
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp maple syrup (use sugar free if keto)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp dark choc chips.
Pinch of sea salt
1. Add all of the ingredients to a mug and mix well
2. Microwave for 50 sec – 1 min
(** this really depends on your microwave but better to be safe and not overcook – my mug cake is usually perfect at 55 seconds)
