I always use the leftovers for nachos or tacos the following night. Also great to use in wraps, over rice, in a sandwich, on your salads etc.

2-3 large chicken breast
1 jar salsa
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1. Add chicken, salsa and taco seasoning to your slow cooker, give it a quick mix
2. Cook on high for 3 hours
3. Use 2 forks to shred
