Low carb friends, this recipe is for you! I love the making these muffins, they are perfect for breakfast or a little afternoon snack.

Made with minimal ingredients, keto-friendly and soooo delicious!

Ingredients for the muffins:
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar (erythritol if keto)
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt

Cinnamon Streusel topping:
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp brown sugar (use sugar free if keto)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp melted butter

Directions
1. Mix the dry ingredients together and add them to the wet ingredients, mix
2. Pour into muffin trays and add streusel topping
3. Bake at 180Β° for 10-12 minutes
