Easy chocolate oat cups
One of my fav recipes to make and a huge hit with my whole family!

💛refined sugar free
3/4 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup almond flour or almond meal
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup melted choc
1/4 coconut milk
1. Combine all the ingredients for the base layer in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds until mixture is combined but still course and textured. Set 1/4 cup aside for the topping
2. Pour the remaining mixture into silicone muffin liners and press firmly. Freeze for 15 minutes
3. Combine the melted choc and coconut milk together. Pour over top the base layer, top with remaining 1/4 cup of oat mixture and freeze
4. Cut into squares and enjoy 😊
