I made my my healthy oat waffles (recipe below) and included all the toppings! This waffle board is always a hit! Great to enjoy anytime but even better for entertaining! And easy to customise with your favourite toppings!

Oat waffle recipe 🧇
2 cups oat flour (to make oat flour just pop your rolled oats in a blender)
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1. Mix oat flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl
2. In a separate bowl add the wet ingredients
3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and combine
4. Pour batter (approx 1/3 cup) into waffle iron, bake and enjoy 😊
Makes 4 large waffles
